Special Education

"There can be no separate church
for persons with disabilities
We are one flock that serves a single shepherd."
~Pastoral Statement of U.S. Bishops on Persons with Disabilities

We are very blessed to be one of the few parishes that offer Special Ed. classes (All Ages/grades).

These classes meet weekly from September to May on Thursday evenings in the school building 5:00pm-6:15pm.

Students are prepared for Sacraments when the time comes, and they grow in faith and love together as they learn about the Catholic Faith. Blessed with a son who has Down Syndome, Mrs. Charlotte Griffin is a loving, patient teacher who is also a faithful Catholic mom! If you have a child with any kind of disability who needs religious education in the Catholic Faith, or you want your child to receive the Sacraments, and you aren't quite sure how to go about it, please do not hesitate to call. If you would like to email Mrs. Griffin regarding your child, prior to enrolling, please email her at chargriffin1006@gmail.com. If there is a way that we can answer your questions or help your child learn the Faith or prepare him for sacraments, call us today!

We use ALL Adaptive programs from Loyola press.
